Oliver and Liam

I've never seen babies as tiny as the adorable Oliver and Liam. These twins arrived a few weeks early, and were only around 5 pounds each when I photographed them. They are fighting fit though, and seemed to enjoy having their photo taken. Well, Liam did anyway, staying awake the whole time. I think Oliver couldn't see what all the fuss was about so nodded off instead.
Mum and Dad were doing amazing job. They were both relaxed and happy. They were certainly taking having to look after 2 week old twins and a 19month old in their stride.
Did I mention they were tiny? They were tiny!

Jayla and Liam

There's an abundance of twins lately, and I couldn't be happier. I recently spent an afternoon with 5 year old twins Jayla and Liam. We hunted for worms, pretended we were fairies, and ate delicious scones with jam and cream (thanks Sharon!). Jayla and Liam were a bundle of energy and heaps of fun. The photos from the session turned out wonderfully. They're bright, colourful and really reflect the spirited nature of this dynamic duo.

Ryan and Nathan

They were so little, and so squishy, and so absolutely divine. Ryan and Nathan were beautiful newborn twins that I was lucky enough to photograph. They were so well behaved too. Not a peep as I went about posing them for the photos. I was lucky enough to have Mum Helen and Dad Simon there to help me get the twins into position, and to hand me a towel when there'd been a little accident. I was so happy with the photos from their session. But they were so gorgeous, so it made it very easy to capture beautiful photos of them.

Lewis

I've been very snap happy over the last few months. One of the people keeping me busy was Lewis. I had the pleasure of spending a morning with this vivacious little man. We mostly chatted about footy (he's a massive Brisbane Lions fan), and he was happy to turn on a smile for the camera. Thanks to his mum Di, and his grandmother Glenda who were also wonderful company for the morning. Go Lions!

Welcome to my blog

I get so excited about the photos I'm taking that I've started a blog to share them with you all. I've been a busy busy lassie of late too. There's been twins to cuddle, brides to dote on, and five year olds to keep up with. I've been lucky enough to be there with my camera on hand, snapping my heart out.

Pop back in from time to time and see what else I've been up to.

Disclaimer: Just to warn you in advance I'll be taking no responsibility for the odd post that'll pop up about non-photography related topics (namely my two children, what I've been doing when not taking photos, and ranting about things I would do or buy if I had a million dollars. )
