Wedding - Sarah and Kevin

I've been blessed with very relaxed cruisey brides recently, and Sarah was no different. When I arrived at her beach house cottage in Barwon Heads to photograph her preparation she was dancing about, chatting with her friends and her mum, and thoroughly enjoying herself. Just as a bride should on her wedding day.

Sarah's dress was custom made over in the U.K, and included this amazing red petticoat that peeped out from underneath when she walked.

Thanks so Suzanne Zaicz who did a great job of the girls makeup. Loved the fire engine racy red lips!

Sarah made her hairpiece herself. She's a braver girl than I. When I make things like this they always look like a kindergarten craft activity. She obviously has more skill than I, because it turned out great and everyone commented on it.

Ah, the shoes. The whole wedding design began with these shoes. You can see the red theme running through the wedding, and it was all because of these shoes.

The ceremony was held at Ozone Pier in Barwon Heads.

A swing band provided the music during the ceremony and afterwards as people chatted and drank Pimms. They then lead all the guests from the pier to their reception, at At The Heads. Locals were very surprised to see 100 odd people walking along lead by the band. It was a sight to behold, and an absolute delight. The guests loved it.

Sarah's dress had pockets. Pockets! They added just the perfect touch of cute to her dress.

Thanks so much for a great day Sarah and Kevin. It was a delight. Pure delight.
